We can ship to you wherever you are in Egypt, and we deal with all the different shipping companies, and the customer bears the full shipping costs according to the price determined by the shipping companies that the customer prefers to deal with.

In the case of shipping laptops, we send the customer full pictures of the device from every direction on his e-mail or by any means he prefers. Then, if he likes the condition of the device, he calls and confirms the shipment. We deliver the device to the shipping company on the same day if possible, and the device reaches the customer within a maximum period of 2 to 4 working days. Unless the shipping company falters, and that rarely happens – and we, for our part, secure the packaging of the device in the best insurance methods so that the customer arrives without any damage

  Shipping costs range between 25-200 EGP as decided by the different shipping companies according to the customer’s location and the weight of the device.

  Any delay in the date of delivery of the shipment to the customer is the responsibility of the shipping company as long as we have delivered the shipment on the agreed day, and that is the least that happens except in rare cases or due to external circumstances that the shipping company is exposed to.

And the customer pays the full price of the device upon receipt only
