Terms of exchange and return

For the original import devices

- The product must be in its original condition without scratches or fractures

-Customers have the right to return any purchased goods in the event of a defect appearing within the manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of receiving these items

- In the event that any product is returned or replaced, the value of any discounts or offers applied to the product will be canceled and this value will be deducted from the amount refunded to you

- The company does not bear shipping, customs, or any administrative expenses related to the return and exchange process

- In the event that a pixel is present or detected on the screen, this is not considered a defect in the product

And it is replaced if the number of pixels exceeds 5 or the lighting exceeds 3 within a month of the warranty

- The warranty does not include defects resulting from misuse (breakage - power failure - keyboard damage) and the like

- The warranty period for all batteries is a week, and the average normal rate for the battery is an hour and a half. Normal use (such as browsing and watching videos) is less than that. The battery can be replaced during the warranty period.

For new devices, the warranty period is 11 months from the date of purchase. In the event that any defect or problem appears in the device during the period, the agent deals directly with the customer or through the company, unless the product is rejected in the warranty as a result of misuse or problems related to the electric current.
